Seven Steps to a Successful Mentoring Initiative

| Location: | Bismarck Elks – 900 S Washington, Bismarck Elks Lodge in the large meeting room where receptions and dances are held. Members will go through the buffet line in the restaurant and order as much or as little as they want and pay the cashier. Members will bring their tray into the large meeting room where the business meeting and presentation will take place. |

Program: Seven Steps to a Successful Mentoring Initiative
Mentoring is a tremendous vehicle to grow high-potential employees, keep seasoned employees engaged, increase productivity and transfer institutional knowledge. This session includes tips to implement a successful mentoring initiative in your organization or strengthen your current program. You’ll leave with practical advice on:

- Implementing with impact
- Developing mentors and mentees
- Measuring outcomes
- Overcoming challenges
