Program: Interpersonal Communication in the Workplace

Interpersonal Communication in the workplace can be tricky.  As a Human Resource Professional, you connect with employees during the excitement of their first day on the job, the anxiety during performance appraisals, and sometimes the tense moments when an employee is dismissed.

This presentation will discuss effective communication and engagement techniques for all situations.  The goal is for you to have the best possible outcome for your company, your employees and you.

Speaker: Rochelle L. Williams, Distinguished Toastmaster, Bismarck Toastmasters
