Climate of workplace learning for the state of North Dakota Survey
March 31, 2014
Dear Human Resources and/or Training Representative:
The state of the state in North Dakota is promising. Gallup’s recent published survey listed North Dakota as the number one state in well-being for residents. Further statistics reveal unemployment is the lowest in the nation while population is the highest in recorded history. All of these factors contribute to a climate within our state that is growing and changing.
We invite you or a representative within your organization with access to information on professional development, training, or tuition assistance policies to share your input into this survey. We also invite you to forward this email to a representative outside your organization to share information on their practices as well. Your participation will help us further understand the climate of professional development within the state of North Dakota for the year 2013.
Should you decide to participate, we ask that you respond to the questions for practices that occurred within your organization within the state of North Dakota solely for the year 2013. You may receive a request to complete this survey multiple times; however we request that you only complete it once.
