    No More Manic Mondays: Building a Culture Where Employees Want to Come to Work

    Bismarck Elks – 900 S Washington, Bismarck
    Elks Lodge in the large meeting room where receptions and dances are held. Members will go through the buffet line in the restaurant and order as much or as little as they want and pay the cashier. Members will bring their tray into the large meeting room where the business meeting and presentation will take place.

    Program: No More Manic Mondays: Building a Culture Where Employees Want to Come to Work

    With over 25,000 job openings in the state, North Dakota employers can’t afford to lose the employees they have on staff. This session will provide an overview of what organizational culture is, why it’s so important, and how anyone at any level in the organization can start to make positive changes in their culture.
