    This meeting includes representatives of proactive organizations in Bismarck and Mandan.  It is being provided as a free service to employers by Randy Schwartz and Prime Partners, Inc. - a new business and executive coaching, consulting and training company located in Bismarck.

    WHAT IS OUR MEETING OBJECTIVE?

    We will introduce how organizations can improve performance by developing the coaching skills needed to unlock the capabilities and talents of others. Companies in this meeting will be working with Randy on achieving success for their participants in a series of pilot workshops planned for May.

    Following introductions, we will review the major issues each organization is facing.
    How can these issues be better addressed by building people capabilities and skills?
    What progress has already been made in coaching, problem-solving and talent development? What additional opportunities can be developed?
