    Program: Employee Misconduct Investigations

Whether your company is a large firm or a small startup, employee misconduct is a fairly common business issue. There are many issues that can lead to an investigation, from rule violations to workplace thefts and fraud. Failed investigations can be very costly to a company, but with the proper planning and tools, conclusions can be drawn and the right solutions implemented. This session will outline the process of an employee misconduct investigation and discuss the utilization of accounting and digital forensics to ensure a successful case.

Speaker: Liz Johnson, CPA, CFE, CFI, Forensic Accounting Manager, Eide Bailly
