PRESENTATION OVERVIEW:
“Best Practices for the Workplace: Performance Management and Documentation”
Properly managing employee performance and staying on top of workplace documentation can seem like a never-ending challenge. This session of the Vogel’s Law Firm’s Employment and Labor Law’s “Best Practices” presentation series provides an overview of why constant year-long documentation is a good idea, how good documentation is recorded, what key items should be documented, what goes into thorough year-end performance reviews, and how to avoid common documentation and performance review pitfalls. Participants should walk away with a good knowledge base on key legal compliance issues and specific guidance on documentation techniques they can immediately implement in their workplace.
