    Matt Jones went from being a three-time Cancer Conqueror to completing a marathon on every continent after relearning how to walk. 

    He is the author of numerous books and his newest one is Happiness is a Marathon: 26.2 Ways be Happier at Work and Life. He has spoken to several SHRM chapters in person and now virtually.
