    The Shocking Superpower of Relationships:

Employees are sometimes seen as atomized individuals who can thrive in “digital isolation,” which ignores the most basic aspect of human nature—relationships. Surprisingly, by embracing the primal need for belonging, we can unleash the most powerful and least expensive resource available to organizations. In this session, Matthew M. Anderson shows how to crack the code for a magnetic community that achieves incredible results.

    Learning objectives:

1.The big flaw with traditional management systems

    1. A framework for building real community at work
    2. Three ways to prioritize relationships among staff
    3. An introduction to an assessment tool for measuring staff relationships (The Kindness Factor)
