MacKenzie will cover the myriad of updates seen in employment law at the federal and state level, including legislative, regulatory, and case law updates. She will explain what these updates mean for employers and highlight compliance strategies. 

Attendees will be kept abreast of ever evolving laws and regulations. This information will help attendees come into compliance with these employment laws and regulations. 

Presenter

MacKenzie Hertz is an Employment Lawyer with the Vogel Law Firm, based in its office in Fargo, North Dakota. In her practice, MacKenzie represents employers. She advises employers on a variety of issues, ranging from disciplinary and termination issues to wage-and-hour law compliance. She also represents employers in both federal and state court and before administrative agencies.
