     “Conducting Fair and Thorough Workplace Investigations”

    Join us to learn key steps to conducting a workplace investigation that is fair, thorough, and that will hold up in a court of law.

    Learning Objective:

    You will obtain basic information about when an investigation should take place, how to plan for the investigation, what an investigation entails, how conduct a good interview, and how to prepare an investigative report.

    Presenter:

    Kristy L. Albrecht, employment attorney, is a shareholder of Fredrickson & Byron, in Fargo, ND and a member of the Employment, Labor & Benefits, Litigation and Appellate groups. She advises employers on a variety of employment law issues, including hiring, firing, discipline, employee leave laws, employee handbooks, drug and alcohol policies and separation agreements.
