    HR Business Partner - Primary responsibilities include overseeing various aspects of retirement plans and benefit premium billing. Responsible for ensuring legal compliance, operation, and administration of corporate benefit programs including, but not limited to monitoring, tracking, researching, and analyzing claims, fees, and participation data; and reporting and making recommendations for process improvements, systems enhancements, and effective cost control. Responsible for providing expertise and customer service to corporate and business unit human resources staff members to help the corporation achieve its strategic benefit objectives.     Employee Benefits Analyst - Provides human resources (HR) consultation and support to Everus and its operating companies to define and execute HR strategies in areas such as workforce planning, employee relations, benefits, and compensation. Creates and maintains partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
