    Roundtable discussion on the Challenges of Recruiting and Retaining Employees in North Dakota

    Elks Lodge in the large meeting room where receptions and dances are held. Members will go through the buffet line in the restaurant and order as much or as little as they want and pay the cashier. Members will bring their tray into the large meeting room where the business meeting and presentation will take place

    Recruitment is a great challenge for all employers in North Dakota.  Participants of the roundtable will be asked to share their recruiting best practices and ideas..

    Facilitator: Taylor Schiche, PHR, Billy Casper Golf, or 571-521-9672.  Taylor has over 10 years of talent management experience throughout various industries.  Her experience includes recruitment, performance management, and compensation.  The chapters President-Elect, Taylor has a BS in Business Management from the University of Wyoming.
