    Speakers: Martin Kappenman, Esq. – Martin represents employers in connection with the full range of employment and labor law issues. He has successfully litigated claims relating to non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, shareholder disputes, accommodation and leave requests, employment contracts, discrimination, harassment, reprisal and retaliation in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He also has significant experience representing clients in arbitration proceedings arising out of collective bargaining agreements. He works with employers to avoid costly and time consuming litigation by providing counseling regarding drug testing, privacy issues, OSHA compliance, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, personnel policies, employee handbooks, hiring, discipline, discharge and other employment matters.
