    How to Create a Succession Planning Strategy and Building a Plan

    Elks Lodge in the large meeting room where receptions and dances are held. Members will go through the buffet line in the restaurant and order as much or as little as they want and pay the cashier. Members will bring their tray into the large meeting room where the business meeting and presentation will take place.

    Program: How to Create a Succession Planning Strategy and Building a Plan

    Planning for the succession of your business can be very complicated. The 1st part of the  workshop will provide tools for developing a succession plan strategy.  Developing a plan in advance gives you time to react and develop more leaders in your organization.

    The 2nd part of the workshop will provide details on how to implement the succession plan:

    • Identify employees who could potentially fill future vacancies in key positions
    • Ensure that critical positions in the company are covered for unplanned absences.
    • Consider the Company’s Long-term goals and objectives
    • Ensure that critical positions within the company have proper successors
      • Gap (Risk) Analysis report
        • Age Progression Forecast
        • Org Chart Review
        • Education Analysis
    • Consider workforce trends
    • Consider training needs and costs
    • Annual (at the very Least)Review of Succession Plan
