Recruiting and Retention Roundtable

| Location: | Bismarck Elks – 900 S Washington, Bismarck Elks Lodge in the large meeting room where receptions and dances are held. Members will go through the buffet line in the restaurant and order as much or as little as they want and pay the cashier. Members will bring their tray into the large meeting room where the business meeting and presentation will take place. |

As the Bismarck Mandan economy continues to grow, so does the job opportunities. Come share your challenges and learn how other HR professionals are meeting the challenges of recruiting and retention in the area.

Recruitment and retention is a challenge for all employers in North Dakota. Participants of the roundtable will be asked to share their best practices and ideas.
