She will discuss what to expect now that medical marijuana  is legal in ND. The bill that has passed and how the workplace should deal with it. Policy development and implementing a no tolerance policy.

Shelly is a ND native. She graduated from Columbia Southern University in Occupational Safety & Health.  She frequently teaches companies about reasonable suspicion and specializes in policy development and procedures in workplace safety, American Substance Abuse Professional Drug Solutions (ASAP), Energy Coalition for Contractor Safety (ECCS) and mining drug solutions.
