    Negativity, backbiting and apathy can be difficult for leaders to manage in their workforce.  While no “magic” answers exist, using real-life examples this session will provide a process for addressing and disciplining these harmful behaviors.

    Employment litigation can provide a lot of ups and downs. This session will provide an overview of litigation holds, the discovery process and why good record-keeping techniques are so vital for employers.
