The research is clear. Organizations with higher employee engagement experience greater success. Attend Bob Randall’s seminars to learn how your organization can transform employee engagement.

    Rethinking Conflict Management:

How to Build Trust and Engagement with Productive Conflict

Learn why conflict is avoided by most people and how avoidance ultimately hinders teams and work relationships. By rethinking the conflict paradigm, coworkers can increase trust and create healthier relationships. A new model for conflict management is introduced and participants will have the opportunity to work through their own mini-case studies to apply their new knowledge in the session.

    Activating Employee Engagement

Employee engagement has emerged as a hot topic over the past 25 years because it correlates so closely to positive results for organizations. While most organizations conduct some type of regular engagement assessment, most do not have an effective strategy in place to improve the engagement of their workers. Learn how to create effective action in your own organization to improve engagement, reduce turnover and improve bottom-line results.

Bob Randall has a passion for helping individuals, teams and organizations thrive. With one foot in research as a Doctorate in Organization Development and one foot in practice as a leader with experience in diverse corporate settings, Bob brings a thoughtful and practical approach to his client engagements. He brings a positive energy to all client events and believes organizations are a great place for people to learn and grow.

Bob has spent the past 23 years in various leadership roles in private industry. He has led large domestic and international sales organizations, managed one of the largest architectural glass manufacturing facilities in the U.S., helped his company acquire the largest architectural glass fabricating facility in Brazil and held P/L responsibility for a number of businesses.

Bob completed his undergraduate degree in Management at St. John’s University, as well as his MBA in Finance and Doctorate in Organization Development at the University of St. Thomas.
