“Connecting Talent: Strategies for Local, National, and Global Workforce Attraction”

This presentation highlights state efforts and programs available to employers to support recruitment and retention, while educating attendee’s on the current impact of workforce on a global scale and how we can be competitive. North Dakota Office of Legal Immigration (OLI) will share about available workforce programs and the various talent pipelines we can connect them to and information on our grant program. 

Additionally, OLI will share about future opportunities for employers to learn and engage, as we plan to host educational opportunities such as webinars in the future. It will be great to get a feel from employers in the room about what they want to learn more about!

Presenter:

Paige Kuntz, Global Talent Coordinator, with the Office of Legal Immigration brings a strong background in Human Resources, with expertise in employee relations and recruitment, as well as a Master of Business Administration specializing in Human Resources. Currently, in her role as Global Talent Coordinator with the Office of Legal Immigration, she advances the state’s initiatives to attract and integrate global talent into North Dakota’s workforce. Her responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies that leverage visa programs, supporting businesses in hiring and retaining immigrants. Her commitment to building connections between North Dakota and the global community fuels her work, enabling her to drive strategic initiatives that expand the state’s workforce and promote integration.
