    Job Title: Employee Benefits Coordinator

    Status: Full-time/Regular

    Location: Bismarck, ND

    Duties

    • Coordinate the employee benefits process for MSLCC including: staff eligibility, enrollment (including annual enrollment process), staff education; coordination of FMLA
    • Maintain on-going employee information and communication with all insurance carriers and third party administrators
    • Coordinate ADA compliance processes

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
    • Minimum of three years of experience in employee benefits administration or payroll
    • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
