Mentorship Program Application
Program Purpose
To bring experienced Human Resources professionals together with those seeking more in-depth outlook of the Human Resources profession.
Who Can Participate
Any current member of CDHRA
Mentee
- Five years or less experience in the human resources profession.
Mentor
- Ten years or more of progressive human resources experience.
Mentee/Mentor Relationship
- The mentee will drive the mentorship with guidance from the mentor.
- The mentee will have the opportunity to focus on knowledge, skill and ability level through goal setting and action steps identified with the mentor.
- The mentee will have one goal requiring more participation in CDHRA.
Program Commitment—1 year
- Monthly Meetings
- Mentee will come to meetings prepared with questions and ideas
- Kick-off Meeting
- Mid-year Meeting
- Close out Meeting
