Mentorship Program Application

Program Purpose

To bring experienced Human Resources professionals together with those seeking more in-depth outlook of the Human Resources profession.

Who Can Participate

Any current member of CDHRA

Mentee

Five years or less experience in the human resources profession.

Mentor

Ten years or more of progressive human resources experience.

Mentee/Mentor Relationship

The mentee will drive the mentorship with guidance from the mentor.
The mentee will have the opportunity to focus on knowledge, skill and ability level through goal setting and action steps identified with the mentor.
The mentee will have one goal requiring more participation in CDHRA.

Program Commitment—1 year
