Hot Topics: Common Issues and Claims, and How They Can Be Prevented –The Department of Labor and Human Rights receives complaints of discrimination, retaliation, and wage violations from the citizens of the state of North Dakota. This presentation will give an overview of the Department of Labor and Human Rights’ scope of work. It will provide the most common issues that the Department receives claims on each year. It will also provide tips on how to prevent these common issues and violations from occurring in the workplace
